First Fairway at Walden
Located near scenic Lake Conroe, First Fairway at Walden offers golf, a swimming pool, and hot tub. The
championship golf course was co-designed by PGA pro Bruce Devlin. Golf fees apply. The resort also has two excellent restaurants for
your dining pleasure. Boat rentals are available at the Walden Marina and also the Del Lago complex. Houston is just an hour from
the resort and makes a great side trip.

Each unit at First Fairway at Walden is air-conditioned, has cable television, and a washer/dryer. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds
and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. There are fees charged for amenities at the Del Lago complex, including golf. Very limited
activities available at the resort. A car is necessary to enjoy the area. Effective August of 2005: Due to new ownership at the
golf course, there will be an approximate fee of US$30 per person plus cart fees to play at Walden. Previously applied on the cart
fee.

Directions to First Fairway at Walden
Houston Intercontinental Airport is the nearest airport, located 60 miles away from the resort. From the
airport, take I-45 north to FM 105 at Conroe. Turn left(west) and travel 12 miles on 105 to Walden Road. Turn right on Walden Road
and proceed approximately two miles to the Walden entrance. Continue on Walden Road approximately 0.7 miles to First Fairway
at Walden on the right hand side for check-in
