The Shores at Lake Travis
The Shores at Lake Travis is a complete recreational community situated on more than 5,000 acres with 11
miles of Lake Travis shoreline offering power boating; fishing; waterskiing; tennis; swimming; shuffleboard; volleyball;
horseshoes; and a games room with board games, Ping-Pong, and a pool table. There are two country clubs open to the public and one
nine-hole golf course close by. Austin offers the LBJ Presidential Library, several museums, musicals, theatres, and sporting events.

All units are within walking distance of the lake and feature a private patio. Each is air-conditioned and
has 2 televisions and full kitchen with a microwave oven. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 1.75 baths, 1 queen bed, 2
twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Master bath has jacuzzi tub only. NO pets are allowed. A US$100 key and phone deposit is required upon
check-in. Handicap facilities are on site. Fees are charged for golf and cart rental. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the
area. All attractions are at least a one hour drive from the resort. Handicap facilities do not meet state and federal
regulations. Office hours are 8am to 6pm Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday 8am to 9pm. The units have no lake views. It
is recommended to get groceries/supplies in Cedar Park.

Directions to The Shores at Lake Travis
The nearest major airport is Austin's Bergstrom International, which is 55 miles from the resort. From
the airport, take Hwy 71W to Hwy 183N to I-35N. Take I-35 North to FM 1431 (exit 256). Go West on FM 1431 for appx. 22 miles to Lago
Vista. Turn left on Lohman Ford Road and go three miles and turn right on Boggy Ford Road. When you come to a "Y", take the left
fork onto Highland Lakes Drive. Go for 2 miles to the stop sign. At the stop sign, turn left onto American Drive and continue to the
Shores Reception Centre on the left hand side with 3 flag poles and circular drive in front.
